Cheval Blanc Paris — Night Supervisor (full‑time, CDI). Lead night reception and guest services at Cheval Blanc Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth functioning of the reception and guest services in the absence of daytime management.
- Manage night arrivals, departures and late check‑ins/check‑outs in accordance with established procedures; execute nightly rounds and report non‑conformities.
- Assume responsibility for reservations handling when the dedicated reservations team is absent, and ensure accurate billing, cash handling and nightly financial close.
- Collaborate with security to guarantee guest and staff safety, and act as the on‑duty escalation point for incidents and guest complaints.
- Prepare and deliver concise night reports and handover briefings for the following day; liaise with restaurants, spa and other departments to coordinate guest requests and VIP arrivals.
- Promote hotel services (rooms, F&B outlets, spa) to maximise revenue opportunities during night operations and manage guest relations with discretion and professionalism.
- Supervise, coach and motivate the night team, ensuring standards of service, presentation and adherence to internal procedures are maintained.
Qualifications
- Technical Hospitality Baccalaureate (Bac Technologique Hôtelier) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in front‑of‑house roles within luxury hotels; prior experience in a 5* or Palace property preferred.
- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead small operational teams and coordinate cross‑departmental activities.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated skills in billing control, cash reconciliation and night‑end financial procedures.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Mandarin or Portuguese is strongly appreciated.
