Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor night shift ambassador teams to ensure superior quality of service and unforgettable guest experience, while maintaining alignment with Palace standards and upskilling staff
  • Assume operational responsibility for the property during night hours and represent management to guests, colleagues, and on-site partners
  • Supervise Front Office and accommodations operations, including guest arrivals and departures, special requests, cash handling, closures, and information transmission
  • Guarantee excellence of guest experience by anticipating specific expectations, managing sensitive situations, and safeguarding the establishment's reputation
  • Execute rigorous and qualitative handover procedures with day teams and Guest Services management, ensuring proper transmission of essential directives and continuity of ongoing matters
  • Oversee room and suite allocation strategy in coordination with relevant teams, considering guest profiles, technical constraints, and commercial imperatives
  • Coordinate interdepartmental services to ensure service continuity and cohesive guest experience across the entire property
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, coordinate emergency management, and report critical information to management
  • Conduct night closure procedures and financial reconciliations, guaranteeing reliability, consistency, and accuracy of financial and operational data
  • Maintain property-wide adherence to Maison standards through active field presence, regular inspections, anomaly identification, and escalation of issues requiring follow-up

Qualifications

  • Hospitality Technician Baccalaureate (desired)
  • Minimum three years of experience in reception or front-office roles, ideally within luxury hospitality
  • Comprehensive knowledge of high-end hotel operations, service standards, and Front Office procedures
  • Proficiency with PMS systems, hotel management tools, and financial procedures for night operations
  • Solid competency in room management, inventory optimization, and hotel safety and security protocols
  • Strong natural leadership and management credibility with ability to coordinate teams autonomously
  • Exceptional service orientation with focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal aptitude, superior communication and report-writing abilities
  • Composure, reactivity, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making for managing sensitive or crisis situations with rigor and discernment
  • Strong discretion, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality

Experience

Hospitality Technician Baccalaureate (Bac Technologique Hôtelier) or equivalent qualification in hospitality or hotel management is desired.
