Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee all front desk operations and guest services during the night shift, managing arrivals, departures, and special requests in accordance with established protocols
• Coordinate all operational departments during night hours and maintain close liaison with security to ensure guest and staff safety
• Conduct regular property rounds to identify and report non-compliance, irregularities, or maintenance issues
• Supervise billing operations, cash handling, and financial reconciliations; verify room rates and close daily house accounts
• Manage reservations in the absence of the dedicated department and handle unexpected late arrivals or departures
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate next-day guest arrivals and special requirements to relevant departments
• Address guest complaints and requests professionally, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all hotel rooms, amenities, and services
• Actively promote hotel offerings including rooms, restaurants, spa services, and leisure facilities to enhance revenue opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in a comparable role at a 5-star luxury hotel
• Advanced proficiency in hotel operational and financial management, including billing control, cash handling, and account reconciliations
• Expert-level knowledge of Opera Cloud property management system
• Fluent English and French language proficiency
• Strong sales acumen and exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple departments under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of a third language is advantageous
