Cheval Blanc Seychelles seeks a Night Majordome for its luxury island resort in Mahé. Full-time, on-site role with 3+ years experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services throughout the evening and night shift, ensuring complete satisfaction and adherence to Cheval Blanc standards
- Coordinate guest requests and resolve issues with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Maintain villa cleanliness, comfort, and amenity standards during evening service periods
- Liaise between guest services, housekeeping, and dining operations to execute seamless guest experiences
- Provide concierge guidance and arrange bespoke activities and experiences for guests
- Manage guest communications with warmth, sophistication, and attentive service orientation
- Respond flexibly to diverse situational demands while working independently and collaboratively
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all guest interactions
Qualifications
- Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or hotel school diploma
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting in a butler or similar front-office role
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese highly preferred
- Food & Beverage service background advantageous
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with refined demeanor
- Keen eye for detail and proactive service orientation

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury resort or hotel guest services, butler, or front-office roles, demonstrating mastery of sophisticated hospitality standards and guest relations.
Education
