Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on‑site contact for guests during the night shift, delivering warm, discreet and personalised welcome and service.
- Conduct the night audit: control and validate daily takings, perform financial close and prepare accurate daily reports for handover to the day team.
- Manage late check‑ins and check‑outs, process reservations and ensure accurate registration formalities.
- Maintain the tranquillity and safety of guests throughout the night, responding promptly to incidents and coordinating with security as required.
- Respond to guest requests and special needs with discretion and efficiency, liaising with F&B, housekeeping and other departments to fulfil service requirements.
- Transmit essential information and operational notes to the day team to guarantee service continuity.
- Uphold Cheval Blanc and Louis Vuitton restaurant service standards and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Higher education diploma (Bac+4/5) in Hotel Management or Business/Management (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a night audit or night reception role, preferably within a luxury hotel.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is a strong advantage.
- Solid numeracy and cash‑handling skills with demonstrable experience performing nightly financial closures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Pack Office); familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms appreciated.
- Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, rigour, attention to detail and responsiveness.
