Role & Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve maintenance non-conformities reported by hotel operations and departments
• Perform multi-technical maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
• Conduct preventive technical inspections and maintenance rounds to identify and mitigate potential system failures
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement timely, appropriate corrective solutions
• Participate in facility upgrades, renovation works, and technical setup for special events
• Manage intervention records and tracking through computerized systems
• Ensure effective inter-departmental communication and coordination on all technical matters
• Respond rapidly to emergency breakdowns and system failures while adhering strictly to safety protocols and regulations
• Participate in and complete required technical training programs to maintain and develop technical competencies

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in maintenance, building systems, electrical engineering, or related field
• Foundational knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) systems
• Familiarity with current safety regulations and industry standards for building systems
• Proficiency in using computerized maintenance tracking systems and tools
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical malfunctions independently

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, technical services, or multi-disciplinary facilities management within a hospitality, hotel, or comparable operational environment.

Education

Technical diploma or equivalent certification in maintenance, building systems, electrotechnics, or a related discipline.
