Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks a Marketing Manager to lead brand positioning and digital strategy at this Michelin-starred luxury alpine palace hotel in France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead brand positioning and marketing strategy deployment across all property communications and digital platforms, ensuring consistency with Cheval Blanc's ultra-luxury positioning and corporate values
- Collaborate closely with operational teams and corporate headquarters to develop, refine, and adapt marketing content that showcases hotel experiences, signature events, and property news
- Direct social media management and content animation across all digital channels, maintaining brand voice and engagement standards aligned with luxury hospitality protocols
- Oversee production shoots, creative content development, and visual asset creation in compliance with brand identity guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Conduct continuous competitive analysis and market trend monitoring to identify opportunities for innovative guest experiences and differentiated positioning
- Support departmental teams in developing dedicated marketing materials and collateral that enhance guest touchpoints throughout the property
- Drive creative storytelling initiatives that communicate the property's unique value proposition to luxury travel influencers, media, and target clientele
Qualifications
- Diploma between Bac+2 and Bac+5 in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Luxury Hospitality
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a similar marketing or communications role
- Demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant management
- Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with social media platforms and luxury digital marketing best practices
- Mastery of office and creative software tools

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar marketing or communications role within luxury hospitality or premium gastronomy sectors. Experience with luxury hotel marketing, high-end restaurant promotion, or upscale resort communications strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Luxury Hospitality Management.
