Marketing Internship at Cheval Blanc Courchevel, a luxury 5-star alpine palace hotel managed by LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Safeguard brand identity across all printed and digital communications, ensuring consistent application of Cheval Blanc guidelines, visual codes, and brand vocabulary
  • Coordinate photography and videography shoots, facilitating clear communication between creative teams and hotel operations
  • Collaborate with LVMH Hotel Management headquarters to develop and curate high-quality photo, video, and spontaneous content showcasing the property
  • Manage website and social media platform updates with premium content aligned to the social media calendar
  • Update all hotel service communications (menus, brochures, signage, official materials) in accordance with Cheval Blanc brand standards
  • Support departmental teams in creating guest-facing communication materials
  • Prepare daily arrival gifts and welcome messaging for hotel guests in partnership with the executive assistant
  • Oversee the General Store inventory and manage marketing and events-related stock
  • Oversee event logistics and execution (opening, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, International Women's Day) within established timelines and budgets
  • Provide creative recommendations and support to various departments for service activation
  • Facilitate clear, detailed communication across all departments involved in events through meetings and detailed briefings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related disciplines
  • First professional experience through internship or academic project in luxury hospitality, Michelin-starred cuisine, or lifestyle sector preferred
  • Prior knowledge of the hospitality or luxury sector advantageous
  • Mastery of digital communication tools and office software (Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, CMS, graphic design software)
  • Excellent written and verbal French and English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects independently
  • Demonstrated passion for luxury, hospitality, and exceptional guest experience
