Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Marketing Intern to support luxury hospitality brand communications, events, and digital campaigns in Saint Barthélemy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain brand identity consistency across all internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with Cheval Blanc's luxury positioning
- Create, update, and proofread printed materials including stationery, brochures, menus, and hospitality documents
- Manage daily social media content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics across platforms
- Develop and coordinate editorial content strategy, including website copy, newsletters, and digital assets
- Support marketing campaign execution, including email campaigns, digital projects, and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate special events, photoshoots, and press operations to enhance brand visibility
- Assist in organizing bespoke guest experiences and press trips in coordination with operational teams
- Maintain and monitor marketing databases, CRM systems, and reporting tools for data integrity
- Conduct competitive and sector analysis to identify emerging trends and innovation opportunities
- Generate strategic recommendations for innovative marketing initiatives and enhanced client experiences
Qualifications
- CAP, BAC, or BTS in Hospitality or Culinary Studies
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality strongly preferred
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
- Third language proficiency valued
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Opera property management system
- Demonstrated precision, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse tasks and priorities
- Discretion and client-service orientation essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Beginner level; prior hospitality experience recommended but not required.
Education
CAP, BAC, or BTS in Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related field.
