Cheval Blanc St‑Barth (Saint Barthélemy) seeks a Marketing Coordinator to manage brand content, social media and marketing activations on site.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Safeguard and articulate the Maison’s brand identity across all printed and digital touchpoints, ensuring coherence and an elevated level of presentation.
  • Create, edit and proofread branded collateral (stationery, brochures, menus, signage) to maintain consistency with Cheval Blanc standards.
  • Produce and schedule editorial content for the website, newsletters and digital platforms; translate and adapt copy in French and English.
  • Manage day‑to‑day social media activities: content creation, community moderation, performance tracking and reporting.
  • Support marketing campaigns and activation plans (emailings, digital projects, head office initiatives) and assist with campaign reporting and database management.
  • Coordinate organisation of press trips, photoshoots, events and guest‑facing activations in close collaboration with operational teams.
  • Maintain marketing administrative processes: CRM updates, databases, reporting and operational tools to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct market and competitive monitoring to identify trends, propose innovative content and recommend activation ideas.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience; prior experience in luxury hospitality is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
  • Proven capability in content creation, copywriting and editorial planning for high‑end brands.
  • Excellent attention to detail, discretion and a client‑service orientation aligned with luxury standards.

Experience
