Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal contact and trusted confidant for distinguished guests throughout their stay, anticipating needs with discretion and reactivity
  • Coordinate across multiple hotel departments (housekeeping, room service, concierge, direction) to deliver seamless, personalized service and ensure harmonious guest experiences
  • Personalize guest welcome experiences in individual suites by orchestrating refined atmospheres, special attentions, bespoke gifts, and exceptional amenities aligned with Cheval Blanc standards
  • Manage information flow and track guest requests across the property, ensuring timely follow-up and impeccable attention to detail
  • Initiate and arrange special services, personalized touches, and luxury experiences that exceed expectations while maintaining guest privacy and discretion
  • Anticipate guest preferences and requirements proactively, responding to requests with both speed and refinement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in a significant supervisory or coordinated services role (such as Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Head of Dining Room Service, Front Desk Manager, Concierge, or Director's Assistant)
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and oral), with proficiency in a third language highly valued (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Portuguese)
  • Expertise with Opera Cloud property management system and ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross platforms
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office suite
  • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent professional certification
  • Deep knowledge of luxury hospitality practices, protocols, and etiquette
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and adapt seamlessly to high-pressure service environments
