Majordomo Manager | Cheval Blanc Paris – Supervise luxury residential butler services at this LVMH five-star property in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare guest arrivals in close collaboration with the Reservations department and oversee special requests and welcome arrangements
- Supervise and ensure execution of butler services including flower arrangements, valet service, wardrobe management, luggage packing, and shoe shining
- Guarantee apartment preparation adheres to Cheval Blanc service standards and maintains the distinctive signature experience
- Ensure continuous quality of Cheval Blanc experiences across the residence through coordination with housekeeping, concierge, and guest services
- Anticipate guest needs, provide attentive counsel, and resolve complaints in accordance with property procedures while maintaining confidentiality
- Manage CARDEX guest records and ensure information distribution across all departments
- Drive revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling of apartment, dining, spa, and experience offerings
- Develop and implement service procedures to guarantee reliability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage the majordomo team while supervising daily operations
- Monitor performance indicators including guest satisfaction, revenue, and team engagement
- Maintain compliance with employment regulations and ensure adherence to service standards across the team
Qualifications
- Formal hospitality or hotel management education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and hospitality software systems
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Fluent communication skills in writing and verbal presentation
- Strong customer service orientation and professional representation
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities
