Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and personalizing guest arrivals, ensuring attentiveness to preferences, habits, and special requests
- Support front-office coordination across all departments to deliver seamless, bespoke experiences
- Contribute to arrival and departure logistics, guest file management, and in-room amenity placement
- Maintain presentation standards across all spaces and ensure precise communication of service protocols
- Demonstrate discretion, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail in interactions with discerning, international clientele
- Support the development of trusted relationships with high-expectation guests through professional courtesy and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in hospitality, hotel management, or gastronomy
- Prior experience in accommodation, guest relations, concierge, or upscale food and beverage service is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury hospitality codes and standards
- Professional communication skills, both written and oral
- Fluent English, mandatory both written and spoken
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Opera Cloud software is valued
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities across multiple operational departments

Entry-level, with foundational exposure to luxury hospitality, accommodation operations, or guest-facing service preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in hospitality, hotel management, restaurant management, or related discipline.
