Cheval Blanc Paris is recruiting a Majordomo Coordinator to deliver bespoke guest experiences in ultra-luxury hospitality. Paris, France. Full-time, permanent contract.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate guest services across housekeeping, room service, concierge, and other hotel departments to create cohesive, memorable experiences
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distinguished guests throughout their stay, anticipating needs and responding with discretion and attentiveness
  • Personalize guest welcome experiences, overseeing the arrangement of bespoke touches, curated gifts, and exceptional services that reflect individual preferences
  • Transmit guest preferences and requests throughout the hotel, ensuring consistent execution and follow-up across all service teams
  • Maintain comprehensive guest profiles and service history, leveraging hospitality management systems to deliver continuity and personalization
  • Proactively identify opportunities to exceed expectations, taking initiative and proposing thoughtful service enhancements

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of significant professional experience in guest-facing luxury hospitality roles (Housekeeping Manager, Room Service Supervisor, Guest Relations, Concierge, Executive Assistant, or equivalent)
  • Fluent in French and English (written and oral); proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Portuguese) highly valued
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Opera Cloud, and preferably Concierge Organizer and Know Cross systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with strong presence and representation ability
  • Demonstrated excellence in guest service delivery, courtesy, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and capacity to prioritize in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment
  • Cultural awareness, appreciation for luxury protocols and etiquette, and sensitivity to the ultra-luxury market
  • Collaborative mindset with capability to work effectively across interdisciplinary hotel teams

Experience

Experience in ultra-luxury hospitality brands strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of delivering personalized, anticipatory service in high-end hospitality environments.

Education

Professional hospitality qualification or equivalent experiential training in luxury service delivery. Advanced hospitality or hotel management education valued.
