Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned villa guests, curating a personalised stay from arrival to departure.
  • Anticipate and record guest preferences, delivering anticipatory and discreet service tailored to Mandarin-speaking clientele.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with F&B, housekeeping, spa, activities and concierge teams to execute in‑villa and resort experiences.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of in‑residence service including private dining, turndown, luggage handling and villa readiness.
  • Maintain confidentiality and the highest standards of Art de Recevoir while responding calmly to dynamic guest needs.
  • Facilitate communications and special requests for VIP and high‑profile guests, ensuring flawless delivery and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years’ experience in ultra‑luxury hospitality, villa hosting, butler service or guest relations.
  • Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English.
  • Strong knowledge of personalised luxury service standards and protocols.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage complex guest requests.
