Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks a Majordome for luxury hospitality in the French Alps. Accommodation, meals, and transport included.
Role & Responsibilities
- Accompany guests throughout their stay, ensuring seamless coordination of all hotel services from check-in to departure
- Anticipate guest preferences and requirements, adapting service delivery to meet the highest standards of personalization and discretion
- Manage all aspects of guest care within assigned suites or apartments, maintaining proactive and attentive presence
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure flawless execution of all guest requests and services
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of guest preferences and property offerings to enhance the overall experience
- Apply rigorous attention to detail in all service interactions, maintaining the elegance and prestige of the Maison
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Hospitality/Culinary Arts
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments
- Fluent in English and French (written and oral)
- Mastery of HACCP food safety standards and protocols
- Expert command of fine service techniques and etiquette
