Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all service operations within Le Tout Paris, ensuring refined and personalized guest experiences aligned with Cheval Blanc's standards of excellence
- Mentor, guide, and motivate the service team (Chefs de Rang, Commis, and trainees), transmitting comprehensive knowledge of menus, products, and service techniques
- Maintain and enforce rigorous quality and hygiene standards, including HACCP compliance
- Manage cash handling, payment processing, and billing follow-up at the point of sale using Opera Cloud and Micros systems
- Promote restaurant offerings and participate in organizing hotel dining events and special services
- Ensure fluid, harmonious, and memorable service delivery through attention to detail, precision, and team guidance
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality or catering
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality establishments
- HACCP food safety certification or equivalent knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and Opera Cloud systems
- Fluent French and English, both oral and written
- Mastery of classical service techniques and protocols
- Demonstrated passion for gastronomy and culinary excellence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred fine dining establishment. Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in classical service techniques and possess comprehensive knowledge of high-end gastronomy.
Education
BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO qualification in hospitality, catering, or restaurant management.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
