Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the excellence of service delivery, ensuring each guest receives a refined and personalized experience
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team (Chefs de Rang, Commis, Stagiaires), transmitting comprehensive knowledge of menus and product offerings
- Ensure strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards, including HACCP protocols
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and billing reconciliation
- Promote dining venues and coordinate special gastronomic events and service operations
- Guarantee seamless, harmonious, and memorable service experiences through careful planning and team guidance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of verifiable experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining establishments
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
- Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
- Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written)
- Mastery of classical service techniques and protocol
- Proven ability to manage guest relations and lead team environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining, ideally within a Michelin-starred establishment or comparable ultra-luxury property. Demonstrated capability in leading front-of-house teams and managing complex service operations in upscale environments.
Education
BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or equivalent professional culinary/service qualification.
