Cheval Blanc St-Tropez seeks Maintenance Technician in Saint-Tropez, France. Full-time CDI role managing building systems and estate upkeep.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, heating, plumbing, and telephony systems to prevent operational disruptions
- Execute repairs and equipment servicing to ensure continuous, reliable functionality of building systems
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of all security and safety equipment to guarantee guest and staff safety
- Assist the Technical Director during major facility projects and coordinate with external contractors
- Maintain all exterior spaces including gardens, restaurant terraces, and swimming pools to the highest aesthetic standards
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols throughout the property
Qualifications
- Valid electrical certification (Habilitation électrique) in current standing
- CAP or Professional Baccalaureate in a maintenance-related field (electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in maintenance, plumbing, or electrical work
- First-hand experience in plumbing or electrical systems (via internship or prior employment)

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, or a related technical field, with documented experience in plumbing or electrical systems through prior employment or internship.
Education
CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) or Professional Baccalaureate (BAC PRO) in a maintenance discipline such as electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or painting.
