Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Maintenance Technician in Courchevel, France. Full-time role ensuring HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; three-year minimum experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, heating, plumbing, and telecommunications systems to prevent incidents and ensure guest comfort
- Execute necessary repairs and troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality of all building systems and equipment
- Inspect and verify the proper operation of safety equipment to ensure guest and staff protection
- Assist the Technical Director and external contractors during significant renovation and maintenance projects
- Maintain and oversee exterior spaces including Alpine gardens, restaurant terraces, and pool facilities to uphold the property's aesthetic and operational standards
Qualifications
- Valid electrical certification (Habilitation Électrique)
- CAP or Bac Pro qualification in a maintenance-related discipline (electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or painting)
- Minimum three years of professional experience in maintenance, with demonstrated expertise in plumbing or electrical systems
- Fluent in French (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of English
