Maintenance Technician at Cheval Blanc Courchevel, LVMH 5-star palace hotel in Courchevel, France. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, heating, plumbing, and telecommunications systems to prevent operational disruptions
- Execute necessary repairs to ensure equipment functionality and compliance with technical specifications
- Monitor and maintain all security systems to guarantee guest safety and property security
- Assist the Technical Director during major construction projects and coordinate with external contractors
- Maintain the property's outdoor areas, including alpine gardens, restaurant terrace, and swimming pool, to reflect the elegant aesthetic standards of the Maison
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules to uphold operational excellence
Qualifications
- CAP or BAC PRO in a maintenance-related discipline (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or equivalent)
- Valid electrical certification (Habilitation Électrique)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with demonstrated expertise in plumbing or electrical systems
- Fluent French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in English

Minimum 3 years of professional maintenance experience, with substantive expertise in electrical and plumbing systems within a hospitality or facility management context preferred.
Education
CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) or BAC PRO (Baccalauréat Professionnel) in a maintenance discipline such as electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or painting.
