Logistics Agent position at Cheval Blanc Paris. Fixed-term contract, full-time, on-site role in Paris, France. Packaging, export coordination, and warehouse operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and package chocolates and confectionery products according to strict quality standards
- Manage export documentation and coordinate with transport services to ensure efficient deliveries
- Organize products securely onto cartons and pallets, optimizing for storage and transportation
- Handle heavy loads safely using appropriate material handling equipment
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and HACCP hygiene protocols
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
- Fluency in French (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Knowledge of export procedures and international logistics regulations
- Familiarity with food safety standards and HACCP protocols
- Experience in luxury hospitality environment preferred
