Cheval Blanc (LVMH) — Paris: Logistics Agent (CDD) for Café Maxime Frédéric x Louis Vuitton, responsible for packing, export support and warehouse operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and pack chocolates and confectionery to exacting quality and presentation standards for Café Maxime Frédéric x Louis Vuitton.
  • Box, palletize and secure products for storage and transport, optimising space and load stability.
  • Support export operations by preparing shipping documentation and coordinating with carriers and transport partners.
  • Handle stock receipt, inventory checks and basic stock management tasks using warehouse systems.
  • Operate material-handling equipment safely (pallet trucks, forklifts) and perform manual lifting of heavy loads according to safety procedures.
  • Adhere to food-safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP) and company quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, warehouse operations or related roles.
  • Fluent French (read, written and spoken) is required.
  • Knowledge of export procedures and international shipping documentation.
  • Familiarity with food-safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) preferred.
  • Ability to operate pallet trucks and forklifts; relevant equipment certification is a plus.
  • Flexibility for variable working hours and strong team spirit, autonomy and attention to detail.
