Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all linens, uniforms, and textiles maintain flawless condition through meticulous maintenance and care
- Oversee laundering processes to achieve impeccable standards whilst preserving fabric integrity
- Detect and address defects, stains, and imperfections with precision and implement necessary remediation
- Apply expert knowledge of textile types and appropriate treatment methodologies in accordance with established protocols
- Perform alterations and repairs to maintain exceptional quality standards
- Manage linen inventory to ensure adequate stock levels meet the demands of the residence and its guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality or similar high-end environment
- Experience within private ultra-high-net-worth (UHNWI) household management is advantageous
- Mastery of hygiene and safety standards
- Sewing and alteration capabilities
