Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Linen Attendant. Luxury 5-star alpine hotel, Courchevel, France. Full-time, fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality control, cleaning, and maintenance of all linens, textiles, and soft furnishings throughout the hotel, ensuring they meet the exacting standards of a luxury palace establishment
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping teams and Majordomes to coordinate linen supply and delivery, responding promptly to urgent requests and ensuring seamless service to guest rooms
- Maintain meticulous presentation standards for all textiles, with particular attention to detail in ironing, folding, and storage protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and report on linen rotation, wear, and replacement needs to management
- Uphold discretion and professionalism in all interactions, maintaining the highest standards of hotel service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality linen services or housekeeping operations
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken)
- Familiarity with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and protocols
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
