Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive first and last impression for guests by maintaining professionalism in appearance and demeanor.
  • Monitor the swimming area and surroundings to ensure guest safety at all times.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately in emergencies or unsafe behavior situations.
  • Ensure safety equipment, such as buoys, first aid kits, and rescue boards, is always in place.
  • Assist guests with setting up sunbeds, adjusting umbrellas, and fulfilling comfort requests.
  • Regularly check on guests to anticipate their needs, offer tidying services, and ensure their comfort and well-being.
  • Provide towels and amenities, ensuring a constant supply and excellent presentation.
  • Maintain the beach and surrounding areas in immaculate condition.
  • Discreetly collect and dispose of waste, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.
  • Report any potential hazards within the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Current CPR certification within the last 2 years
  • Good physical condition and ability to work long hours outdoors

Skills

Strong observational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in emergency response and first aid Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations Attention to detail and cleanliness

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
