LVMH Hotel Management internship in legal contracts and commercial law for Master's graduates in Paris, January–July 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on matters related to hotel operations and commercial transactions
- Draft legal memoranda and prepare regulatory updates for the Legal Department
- Assist in developing operational guides and compliance procedures for hotel properties
- Support negotiation, drafting, and review of commercial contracts including service agreements, commercial contracts, leases, and hotel management agreements
- Assist in pre-litigation management including handling customer complaints and formal notices
- Perform general administrative tasks related to corporate governance and portfolio management of Cheval Blanc properties, including closing preparation and corporate follow-up
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) in Law with specialization in private law and business law
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Strong legal writing and drafting capabilities
- Prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred
