Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain staff uniforms in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and professional appearance at all times
• Uphold rigorous standards of personal hygiene and grooming, embodying a professional image consistent with the hotel's luxury standards
• Execute all laundry operations with full operational proficiency, including handling, processing, and distribution of linens and uniforms
• Deliver timely and efficient service to guests, addressing all requests with professionalism and commitment to complete satisfaction
• Support administrative functions within the laundry department, maintaining accurate documentation and traceability of daily operations
• Preserve order, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout work areas in compliance with internal procedures and the property's quality standards
• Collaborate actively with the Housekeeping team to ensure harmonious, precise service delivery aligned with the luxury guest experience

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of prior experience in laundry operations or analogous roles within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality establishments
• Strong operational knowledge of procedures governing linen management, uniform care, and Housekeeping support services
• Meticulous attention to detail with a disciplined approach to order and elevated standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Pronounced service orientation with the ability to respond courteously, promptly, and professionally to guest and colleague requests
• Proven reliability, punctuality, and consistently professional conduct under all circumstances
• Fluent Italian language proficiency; English and/or French language skills are advantageous
