Cheval Blanc Paris seeks Kitchen Commis for Café Maxime Frédéric x Louis Vuitton. Full-time, Paris. Luxury hospitality culinary role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute foundational kitchen tasks including preliminary preparation of ingredients and products with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist Demi-Chefs and Chefs de Partie in the confection and elaboration of dishes according to brigade standards
- Participate in mise-en-place and service coordination, ensuring proper execution of service procedures in accordance with hotel protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HACCP standards and food safety regulations in all kitchen operations
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen facilities and equipment in adherence to established protocols
- Receive and process incoming merchandise according to hotel procedures and standards
- Manage waste sorting and disposal in alignment with safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency objectives
- Report any unusual situations or potential safety risks to management promptly
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP Cuisine or Bac Pro Cuisine qualification
- Demonstrated knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations, particularly HACCP protocols
- Prior exposure to luxury hospitality or high-end culinary establishments
- First experience as Kitchen Commis or significant internships in culinary environments, ideally within luxury hotels or Michelin-starred restaurants
- Mastery of foundational culinary techniques and ability to work within structured, demanding, and fast-paced environments

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Kitchen Commis or through significant internships in culinary settings, preferably within luxury hotels or Michelin-starred establishments.
Education
BEP/CAP Cuisine or Bac Pro Cuisine qualification required.
