Role & Responsibilities
- Execute preliminary product preparation tasks and mise en place
- Assist Demi Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in dish preparation and elaboration
- Deliver service according to hotel procedures and standards
- Maintain kitchen facilities and equipment in compliance with HACCP protocols
- Receive and inspect merchandise according to HACCP protocols and hotel procedures
- Plate and distribute dishes
- Participate in waste sorting and disposal
- Report abnormal situations concerning safety or accident risks to hierarchy
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality and restaurant operations
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or first significant kitchen experience as a commis or kitchen stage in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant.
Education
BEP/CAP Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine required.
