Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preliminary food preparation tasks including peeling, cutting, and washing ingredients; receive and verify incoming merchandise
- Assist the Chef de Partie in dish preparation and execution, following recipes and culinary techniques with precision
- Prepare mise en place and coordinate plating, ensuring meticulous presentation and adherence to established plating standards
- Maintain kitchen facilities and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards; manage waste sorting and disposal
- Contribute to the exceptional guest experience through dedication to culinary excellence and attention to detail
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO culinary qualification
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant operations
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in a comparable fine dining establishment
- Mastery of HACCP food hygiene protocols
- Proficiency in core culinary techniques
