Cheval Blanc (LVMH) — Paris: Kitchen Apprentice position at Cheval Blanc Paris (Le Tout‑Paris restaurant), apprenticeship in a luxury hotel kitchen.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and service for the French restaurant Le Tout-Paris.
  • Perform preliminary product preparation including peeling, cutting, portioning and washing.
  • Receive and check deliveries, manage basic stock rotation and assist with mise en place.
  • Contribute to the assembly, finishing and careful presentation of dishes in accordance with recipes and plating instructions.
  • Maintain workstation, kitchen areas and equipment in a clean, sanitary and service-ready condition.
  • Follow house standards, recipes and food-safety procedures during preparation and service.
  • Support service flow during busy periods and carry out additional tasks as assigned by the brigade.

Qualifications

  • CAP, BEP or BP in Cuisine (or equivalent professional culinary diploma).
  • Practical experience in a professional kitchen or equivalent establishment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic culinary techniques, recipes and product handling.
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent the Maison with discretion and courtesy.
  • High motivation to learn, adaptability, discipline and capacity to work within a brigade.

Experience
