Role & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the daily operations of Le Carrousel, creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment that encourages children to explore, create, and grow through meaningful activities
• Develop and animate age-appropriate educational and recreational programmes that reflect the values and luxury standards of the Maison
• Lead and mentor the Le Carrousel team with confidence, warmth, and professionalism, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Collaborate closely with families and operational teams to cultivate trust, address needs, and create memorable moments that enhance the family journey
• Ensure implementation and adherence to child safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare practices at all times
• Foster a culture of genuine care and attentiveness to children's individual developmental needs and preferences

Qualifications

• Internationally recognised qualifications or certifications in childcare, early childhood education, child psychology, or recreation
• Proven track record managing children's programmes, kids clubs, or childcare facilities within luxury hospitality or recognised institutions
• Strong background in child development, activity planning, and family guest engagement
• Demonstrated expertise in child safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing children's programmes, kids clubs, childcare facilities, or educational environments within luxury hospitality or recognised institutions.

Education

Internationally recognised qualification or certification in childcare, early childhood education, child psychology, recreation, or related field.
