Cheval Blanc Seychelles Kids Club Attendant role — oversee Le Carrousel children's program in luxury resort. Mahé position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and recreational programs for young guests at Le Carrousel kids' club
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the children's program, including scheduling, staffing coordination, and resource management
- Maintain and enforce comprehensive safety protocols and supervision standards consistent with luxury hospitality expectations
- Manage the recreational center environment, ensuring facilities are clean, organized, and conducive to enjoyable experiences
- Create and implement bespoke programming that reflects Cheval Blanc's commitment to excellence and personalized guest experiences
- Respond flexibly to evolving guest needs and operational requirements
- Manage multiple priorities independently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Diploma or relevant certification in childcare, recreation management, or hospitality
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a resort, hotel, or similar luxury hospitality environment
- Proven expertise in managing recreational facilities and programs within the hospitality sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Fluent English and Russian language skills
