Cheval Blanc seeks an IT Support and Systems Technician to support IT planning, implementation and maintenance, assist users, and resolve hardware and software issues for Ambassadeurs and guests. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role in Mahé, Seychelles.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and implementation of IT systems.
- Maintain the Maison’s IT systems to deliver efficient services for guests and comply with Cheval Blanc operating standards.
- Support information-system users through direct interaction and by identifying and coordinating ongoing training needs.
- Provide in-person and remote hardware and software support to Ambassadeurs and guests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimise downtime and disruption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or information systems.
- Applicable professional qualification, such as a Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of IT administration best practices and system security.
- Exceptional leadership, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience
At least 2 years in a similar role; minimum 5 years’ experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or information systems.
