Cheval Blanc St-Tropez seeks an IT Coordinator for Saint-Tropez and Courchevel. Full-time CDI role supporting technology infrastructure.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to hotel staff across multiple sites
- Coordinate technical interventions and resolve user incidents promptly
- Manage and maintain IT equipment, systems, and applications across both properties
- Deploy and oversee IT projects in collaboration with external service providers
- Monitor incident management workflows and track resolution timelines
- Ensure adherence to security, quality, and compliance standards defined by the Maison
- Implement continuous improvements to IT tools, processes, and user infrastructure
- Support the transition to multi-site IT coordination whilst maintaining service quality
Qualifications
- Training in information technology or information systems
- First experience in IT support or coordination roles
- Knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in user support and incident management
- Fluent French and English communication skills
- Proficiency in office tools and software
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Experience
Minimum three years of experience in IT support or coordination, with prior exposure to multi-site environments preferred.
