Role & Responsibilities
- Apply and embody operational standards and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) requirements with rigour and meticulous attention to detail
- Deliver warm, personalized guest reception both verbally and in writing, discerning needs with keen acuity
- Respond to guest requests with discretion and responsiveness, coordinate efficiently across departments, and ensure comprehensive follow-up of reservations and services
- Cultivate exemplary guest relationships grounded in confidentiality, discretion, and empathy, gathering feedback to foster continuous improvement
- Maintain and update guest preference files (Cardex), enrich client knowledge records, and facilitate seamless communication between departments
- Conduct guided property tours, manage room check-ins and guest accompaniments, elevating each client interaction
- Update and transmit essential operational information—exchange rates, daily briefing reports, shift directives—with precision and accountability
- Process guest billing and cash handling operations with accuracy and responsiveness
- Manage requisitions and oversee deliveries while maintaining an impeccable work environment
Qualifications
- Advanced education in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector standards and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms property management systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards (preferred)
- Additional language proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or Portuguese (valued)

Experience
Entry-level candidates with hospitality sector knowledge and strong aptitude for sales and guest communication are encouraged to apply.
Education
Advanced education in Hotel Management or Hospitality Administration required.
