Cheval Blanc Paris seeks Apartments & Quality Management Intern; luxury hospitality internship in Paris with LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the implementation, rigorous monitoring, and continuous refinement of service procedures and operational standards that define Cheval Blanc's excellence
- Maintain operational tracking dashboards with meticulous precision, ensuring accuracy of all quality metrics
- Monitor guest feedback daily, including email correspondence and social media commentary, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Support the development and execution of quality action plans in collaboration with operational teams and the training department
- Conduct or participate in audits, analyzing results to identify opportunities for service enhancement
- Assist the General Housekeeper, Deputy Housekeeper, and heritage manager as needed, with particular attention to detail and alignment with house standards
Qualifications
- Training in luxury hospitality or gastronomic operations (Master's 1 or 2 level preferred)
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining operations
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with strong professional presence
- Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal expression
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English, both written and oral

Experience
Entry-level; ideal candidates will have participated in internships or practical placements within luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments, demonstrating exposure to premium service standards.
Education
Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related luxury sector discipline; or equivalent qualification in hospitality and restaurant management.
