Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all HR functions for the hotel, including recruitment, personnel administration, payroll oversight and time management for a mixed workforce of permanent and seasonal Ambassadeurs.
- Act as Project Manager for the hotel takeover and rebranding: define the HR vision, build an HR expertise hub onsite, and implement LVMH / Cheval Blanc HR processes, policies and tools.
- Design and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies adapted to a highly competitive luxury hospitality market.
- Develop and deliver training, talent development and career-path programmes to upskill Ambassadeurs and sustain service standards.
- Manage ambassador experience and internal communications to preserve morale and the Maison’s culture across seasonal cycles.
- Ensure legal compliance with Italian employment law and the hotel/restaurant/tourism collective agreement; advise leadership on contractual and regulatory matters.
- Own HR reporting, data management and HR budgeting; contribute to payroll forecasting and cost control.
- Oversee staff accommodation arrangements and associated administration; safeguard confidentiality in all HR matters.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Hotel Management or Human Resources Management.
- Minimum five years’ progressive HR experience in an international group, with demonstrable hospitality experience.
- Proven expertise in personnel administration and payroll combined with HR development and talent programmes.
- Practical knowledge of Italian labour law and the hotel/restaurant/tourism agreement.
- Fluency in Italian and English; professional working French is a strong advantage.

Experience
At least five years in a similar HR managerial role within an international hospitality or luxury group, including hands-on responsibility for payroll, personnel administration and talent development. Experience managing mixed permanent and large seasonal workforces and implementing group HR processes during brand transition is essential.
Education
Master’s degree in Hotel Management or Human Resources Management.
