Cheval Blanc St-Barth is seeking a full-time Human Resources Intern to support the HR Director with onboarding, employment documentation, HR data management, internal communications and recruitment. The internship is based at the Maison in Saint Barthélemy; accommodation or a housing allowance, laundered uniforms and a meal allowance for each day worked are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide each new employee through a tailored onboarding process aligned with Cheval Blanc standards.
- Prepare and update employment documents, including contracts, amendments, attestations and certificates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage HR data in information systems with confidentiality and accuracy, in accordance with legal obligations and the Maison’s values.
- Communicate internal information through the Maison’s various channels.
- Support recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, participating in interviews and tracking applications.
Qualifications
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Pack Office and confidence using digital tools.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and process information accurately.

Experience
Entry-level; prior experience in administration, human resources or hospitality is an advantage.
