Cheval Blanc Seychelles seeks HR Coordinator in Mahé to manage administration, employee services, and visa coordination. Full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude toward colleagues, ensuring they receive a warm welcome to the Human Resources department
- Ensure full awareness of all HR department policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols
- Manage and organize all administrative forms and documentation
- Maintain and update notice boards at the Ambassadeurs' Village with current information, memos, policies, procedures, and announcements
- Manage work permit card distribution to employees and coordinate closely with assigned agencies to ensure timely renewal of work visas prior to expiry
- Manage, sort, and distribute employee mail and internal HR department correspondence across all departments
- Prepare and distribute monthly birthday cards to employees and deliver them to respective departments
Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources administration
- Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources administration within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and HR management systems
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in additional languages advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to identify trends, analyze data, and develop solutions

Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in Human Resources administration within a hotel or resort environment, with demonstrated competency in HR operations, regulatory compliance, and employee relations management.
Education
Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources administration or equivalent qualification.
