Cheval Blanc Courchevel is hiring a Human Resources Assistant in Courchevel, France — HR administration, recruitment and talent support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: prepare and follow up on job offers, manage administrative hiring formalities, and organise onboarding and integration programs.
  • Monitor and follow up on probationary periods and support department heads on staffing needs.
  • Manage employee administrative records and ADP/payroll-related tasks: prepare employment files, DPAE, contracts and internship agreements, mutuelle enrollment, medical visits, work certificates and settlement receipts.
  • Ensure legal compliance for all employees regarding labor legislation and work/residence permits and act as the interface with social and public agencies.
  • Administer operational HR logistics: ensure staff have required equipment, uniforms, passes and manage staff housing allocations and ambassador arrivals/departures.
  • Support disciplinary file management in accordance with company procedures.
  • Contribute to Talent initiatives: support retention actions, coordinate internal HR communications, assist with team events and ensure group standards are upheld.
  • Distribute scheduled employer-branding and team-animation content on social media in line with the established calendar and collaborate closely with department managers.

Qualifications

  • BTS, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law or Management.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR assistant or administrative HR role; proven HR experience in luxury hospitality or high-end F&B is highly valued.
  • Solid knowledge of French labor law and statutory HR obligations.
  • Proven ability in personnel administration, recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Professional fluency in French; business-level English is appreciated.
  • High standards of discretion, confidentiality and interpersonal skills, with strong organisational rigour and a collaborative mindset.
