Cheval Blanc Paris seeks HR Administrator for fixed-term contract role managing personnel administration in luxury hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage employee files for all contract types (permanent, fixed-term, apprenticeships, internships, temporary staff)
- Draft employment contracts and amendments
- Handle recruitment procedures and onboarding documentation
- Monitor employee benefits, medical examinations, housing arrangements, and probation periods
- Process administrative correspondence and workplace accident declarations
- Ensure compliance with French labor law and provide necessary materials to all staff members
- Maintain and organize employee facilities including locker rooms and break areas
- Prepare HR tracking reports and dashboards
- Ensure optimal employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
- Serve as guardian of the employee experience for all Ambassadors at Cheval Blanc Paris
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate +2/3 minimum in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Social Law
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel administration
- Proficiency in French labor law and social legislation
- Mastery of employee administrative management (DPAE, contracts, amendments, file tracking, various certificates)
- Proficiency in Office tools, particularly Excel
- Experience with payroll software
- Professional English (written and oral) preferred
- Exemplary discretion and confidentiality practices
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in personnel administration, with at least 2 years of specialized experience. Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2/3 minimum) in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Social Law.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
