HR Administration Intern at Cheval Blanc Paris (LVMH), Paris. Support employee administrative operations at luxury hospitality's flagship urban property.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive employee administrative files for all employment categories (CDI, CDD, apprentices, interns, temporary staff)
- Draft employment contracts and handle onboarding procedures including recruitment paperwork and documentation
- Coordinate employee benefits management, medical visits, housing arrangements, and probationary period follow-up
- Prepare administrative correspondence, workplace accident declarations, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee employee facilities including changing rooms and break areas to maintain optimal working environments
- Develop and maintain HR tracking matrices and administrative reports
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee experience from hiring through departure, ensuring consistent and supportive service delivery
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Employment Law (minimum Bac+2/3)
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel)
- Experience with payroll management systems
- Professional English proficiency (written and oral)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
