Cheval Blanc Paris seeks an HR Administration Apprentice for a full-time alternance contract in Paris. Support employee administration, contracts, and HR compliance in luxury hospitality.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive employee files (CDI, CDD, apprentices, trainees, casuals) ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
  • Draft and process employment contracts and onboarding documentation for all employee categories
  • Coordinate health insurance arrangements, medical visits, accommodation logistics, and trial period management
  • Prepare and file administrative correspondence, including workplace accident declarations and regulatory filings
  • Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and coordinate provision of necessary workplace materials and equipment
  • Manage employee facilities including changing rooms, break areas, and common spaces
  • Develop and maintain HR tracking tables and administrative dashboards
  • Support the overall employment experience for staff members from recruitment through offboarding

Qualifications

  • Higher education qualification in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Employment Law (minimum Bac+2/3)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with payroll or HR management software
  • Professional English fluency in both written and oral communication
  • Demonstrable discretion and confidentiality awareness
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and autonomous work approach with ability to manage competing priorities

Experience
