Cheval Blanc (LVMH) — HR Marketing Intern in Paris: internship in internal communications, employer branding and content creation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support internal communications and employer brand initiatives to reinforce Maison values and employee recognition.
- Animate the "Table des Ambassadeurs" and coordinate programs that enrich Ambassador experience and engagement.
- Produce visual content for internal events and communications, including photography, graphic assets and short-form video.
- Manage and refresh internal noticeboards and signage to maintain coherent employer-brand presence across back-of-house spaces.
- Design and produce internal communications collateral, update tools and compile a periodic internal gazette.
- Coordinate decorative layouts of communal areas to valorise the employer brand and celebrate team achievements.
- Work closely with the Learning & Development/Training lead and LVMH HR teams to align messaging and training communications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 programme (business school, communications, marketing, HR) or pursuing a Master in Marketing/Communication or Hospitality.
- Strong written communication skills and demonstrated creative sensibility.
- Interest in luxury hospitality and starred-restaurant environments; familiarity with high-end service standards.
- Organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and ease representing the Maison internally.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.

Entry-level internship; suitable for students with little or no professional experience seeking practical exposure to internal communications and employer branding within luxury hospitality.
Education
Bac+3 to Bac+5 (undergraduate or master’s level) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Hospitality or Human Resources.
