Role & Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive personnel files including creation, updates, filing, administrative tracking, and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and maintain essential HR documentation: employment contracts, amendments, attestations, certificates, and separation paperwork
• Oversee staff entry and exit procedures, including property inventories, uniform issuance, and completion of arrival/departure checklists
• Collaborate closely with operational managers to anticipate staffing needs and facilitate internal mobility
• Support logistics coordination for uniforms, access badges, accommodation, and employee provisions
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data within information systems while maintaining strict legal and brand compliance
• Cultivate internal culture through employee engagement initiatives: social events, celebrations, and team-building activities
• Generate proposals for initiatives promoting team cohesion, talent motivation, and employee retention
• Contribute to internal communications via official channels including in-house postings, newsletters, digital screens, and employee networks
• Manage internal and external social media presence, particularly employee-focused platforms, to amplify achievements and brand values

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources, Management, Hospitality, or related field
• Prior internship, academic project, or foundational experience in HR preferred, ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end food and beverage
• Demonstrated interest in HR challenges within excellence-driven, demanding environments
• Knowledge of core HR functions: recruitment, personnel administration, training, and employee integration

Skills

Experience

Entry-level. First experience in HR administration or an academic HR project in luxury hospitality or premium food and beverage is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources, Management, Hospitality, or equivalent field.
