Cheval Blanc St-Barth is hiring an HR Intern in Saint-Barthélemy to support onboarding, recruitment, and HR administration at this Caribbean luxury palace.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide new artisans through a tailored onboarding process aligned with Cheval Blanc standards
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and attestations with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage HR data within company information systems while ensuring legal compliance and adherence to corporate values
- Develop and update job descriptions and participate in recruitment activities including candidate interviews and application tracking
- Communicate internal HR information through appropriate channels, reinforcing team cohesion and company culture
- Support the HR Director in administrative duties and day-to-day personnel management
Qualifications
- Advanced education in Hotel Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration
- Fluent in French and English, both written and oral
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and comfort using digital tools
- Experience in hospitality, HR administration, or hotel operations preferred
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail

Entry-level or first experience in HR administration, hospitality, or hotel operations preferred; formal hotel management or HR education required.
Education
Advanced degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
