Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks HR Intern in Saint Barthélemy. Support HR operations, onboarding, and recruitment for luxury hospitality property.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide new team members with warmth, ensuring seamless integration aligned with Cheval Blanc standards
- Prepare and maintain essential HR documents including contracts, amendments, employment certificates, and attestations with meticulous attention to compliance
- Manage HR data within information systems with precision, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal obligations
- Distribute internal communications across multiple channels to reinforce House cohesion and values
- Participate in recruitment stages including job description development, candidate interviews, and application tracking
- Support the HR Director with administrative tasks and day-to-day human resources operations
Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Hotel Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration
- Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital tools
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector appreciated
- First experience in administration, HR, or hospitality valued
