Cheval Blanc Paris seeks an HR Administrator in Paris to manage personnel files, contracts and onboarding for the maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complete employee personnel files across contract types (permanent, fixed-term, apprentices, interns, casual staff), ensuring correctness and compliance.
- Draft and prepare employment contracts, amendments and related formal documentation; carry out pre-hire administrative formalities and onboarding procedures.
- Administer statutory processes including DPAE, employee registrations, follow-up of complementary health insurance (mutuelle), occupational health visits and probationary period monitoring.
- Process and record declarations of workplace accidents and other statutory notifications; liaise with social security and relevant external providers.
- Coordinate logistical and workplace amenities for employees (uniform provision and laundering, lockers, staff break areas) and oversee related vendor relationships.
- Maintain HR tracking tools and dashboards (attendance, contract expiries, training and mobility); produce regular reports for HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with French labour law and internal policies; act as a guarantor of confidentiality and data protection for personnel records.
- Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a consistent ambassador experience across the maison.
Qualifications
- Degree-level training in Human Resources, Personnel Management or Social/Employment Law (Bac+2/3 or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in personnel administration; previous experience in luxury hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of French labour law and statutory HR procedures.
- Practical experience with payroll-related processes and HR information systems.
- Professional written and spoken English is advantageous.
- High degree of discretion, organisational rigour and capacity to manage competing priorities.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in personnel administration, ideally within the hospitality or luxury services sector; demonstrated familiarity with French statutory HR processes.
Education
Associate’s degree / Bac+2 or Bachelor-level (Bac+3) in Human Resources, Personnel Management or Social/Employment Law.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
